General terms and conditions of sale

The present “general terms and conditions for the sale of products or services” apply to the legal acts regarding the services and products commercialised by the Corporation ZE FOOTBALL ACADEMY to their clients through their website “the website”.

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions of sale for football coaching and training camps offered by ZE Football Academy. Enrollment in the ZE Football Academy sports studies program constitutes a firm and final commitment for the current academic year. Once registration is confirmed and payment is made, no refunds, whether full or partial, will be granted, regardless of the reason (withdrawal, injury, change in personal circumstances, expulsion for non-compliance with internal regulations, etc.).

2. Registration and Payment

– Registration for coaching, training camps, and the sports studies program is done via our website www.ze-football-academy.com or directly through our office by email at contactzefootballacademy@gmail.com.
– Payment must be made in full before the first day of the training camp or coaching session and partially according to the payment terms specified in the registration file for the sports studies program.
– Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, check, or cash (according to the modalities specified on our website and/or registration file).

3. Prices

– The prices for services are listed in euros and displayed on our website.
– ZE Football Academy reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but services will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of registration.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– If the client cancels a coaching session or training camp: A credit note equal to the amount paid will be issued for future training camps or coaching sessions, but only with a medical certificate. No refunds will be granted except in cases of force majeure (illness, serious injury with medical proof).
– For the sports studies program, all due amounts remain payable even in the case of installment payments. In cases of force majeure (serious illness or injury with a medical certificate, relocation abroad, etc.), the management may review the case, but a refund is not guaranteed. By confirming their registration, the participant and/or their legal guardian acknowledges having read and accepted this clause without reservation.
– If ZE Football Academy cancels a session for reasons beyond its control (bad weather, facility unavailability, etc.), a rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.

5. Liability and Insurance

– ZE Football Academy has civil liability insurance covering damages that may occur during its activities.
– Participants must be covered by personal accident insurance.
– The Academy declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to participants’ personal belongings.

6. Liability and Insurance

– Participants must adhere to the Academy’s code of conduct and internal regulations.
– Any inappropriate behavior or failure to follow safety instructions may result in exclusion from the training camp without any refund.

7. Image Rights

– By enrolling their child, parents authorize ZE Football Academy to use photos and videos taken during sessions for communication purposes (website, social media, brochures).
– Any refusal must be specified on the registration form.

8. Image Rights

– The data collected during registration is used solely for service management and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law

– These GTC are governed by French law.
– In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts will be consulted.
